Anhui Shiuyat Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
　　Anhui Shiuyat Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Heryi Pharmaceutical. Located in Tongcheng Chemical Industry Concentration Zone, Tianchang City, Anhui Province, covering an area of 202 acres, 2 synthetic workshops and 1 clean workshop have been built (planning to build 8 synthetic workshops and 6 clean workshops). The existing production of reactor equipment 500~6400 liters a total of 62 sets, 160 employees. Anhui Shiuyat Pharmaceutical has successfully established a sound GMP management system, passed NMPA verification in 2018, and obtained a drug production license. In December 2022, through API registration and GMP compliance inspection, the factory is positioned
as the production of API and GMP intermediates, and CMO/CDMO services for GMP and non-GMP.
   
Hangzhou Xiaobei Pharma Tech. Co., Ltd.
　　Hangzhou Xiaobei Pharma Tech. Co., Ltd. established in September 2021. It locates in Qiantang New District, Hangzhou City and provides one-stop CDMO business for small molecule innovative drugs and generic drug customers. With an experienced R&D team and a mature and reliable quality analysis management team, it has cooperated with many domestic innovative drug customers and become a reliable partner. The main business covers RSM, advanced intermediates and API customization, process research and optimization and commercial production. Based on the efficient, stable and standardized production capacity of the listed company Anhui Heryi Pharmaceutical, Hangzhou Xiaobei provides high-quality and personalized services for innovative drugs and generic drug enterprises.
   
Liaoning Hersin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
　　Liaonin Hersin Pharmaceutical (Huludao factory)
Liaoning Hersin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of  Anhui Heryi Pharmaceutical. It locates in Beigang Chemical Industry Zone, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, covering an area of 350 acres. Two synthesis workshops have been built (12 synthesis workshops and 4 clean rooms are planned to be built).  Currently, it owns 46 sets of reactor equipment with a total capacity of 500~6400 liters, qualified for hazardous processes such as nitrification, hydrogenation, pressurization, and chlorination. There are 110 employees now. Huludao Factory is positioned to produce non-GMP intermediates and RSM under the GMP-like management system, serving CMO/CDMO.
